Registering is EASY! To qualify, Joliet Water Customers must submit a photo of their installed rain barrel, rain garden or planted native plants in their garden. You can do this by submitting a photo via email at conservation@joliet.gov.

2024 Second Quarter Prize: $50 gift card
Children’s coloring contest (ages 5-12)
To qualify, you must complete and return the coloring challenge before June 30, 2024.
2024 Second Quarter Children's Prize: Goodie bag, artwork displayed on Rethink Joliet
website, and recognition at a second quarter 2024 City Council Meeting.

This program is open to all Joliet water customers. Winners are selected at random.
