The public has had and will continue to have the opportunity to get involved in this Program through participation at City Council workshops, stakeholder meetings and public forums. Information on these events will be posted here as well as on the calendar page.
Multiple workshops were held in 2019 and 2020 to present program updates to the City Council and receive input and feedback on the Alternative Water Source Program. Beginning in 2021, program updates will be provided quarterly at regularly scheduled Pre-Council meetings. The public is invited to attend and participate in these workshops and meetings.
Meetings are planned to be held every four months starting in June 2021. It is anticipated these will be conducted virtually in 2021. The public is invited to attend, participate and ask questions at these meetings.
Public forums were held in December 2019 and December 2020. A community open house is planned for in late 2021.
